Part Plan Zone Certificate Application Form
To obtain a Part Plan / Zone certificate, follow these general steps:
- Contact concerned Local branch office of TPVD: Reach out to your local branch office of Town Planning and Valuation Department competent to issue part plan/zone certificates.
- Fill Out the Application Form: Fill the application form accurately. Ensure accurate survey number/ gat number, contact details, etc. entered in the application and all other required fields are filled and review the filled details before final submission.
- Submit the Application: Submit your application through the designated online portal and display the same in person at the branch office.
- Payment of Fee: Pay any applicable fees as per your application at the respective Branch office. And submit 7/12 extract showing Survey No./ Gat No. of particular land parcel in case of zone certificate and demarcation certificate issued from Land Revenue Dept in case of part plan of particular land parcel.
- Review and Approval Process: TThe branch office will review your application. They may contact you for additional information or clarification, if needed.
- Issuance of the Part Plan/Zone Certificate: Once approved, you can collect your Part Plan/Zone certificate from the respective Branch office.
