Development Control and Promotion Regulations

In view of controlling the development, every Development Plan and Regional Plan is having Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR). In the year 2013, the state Government has approved Standardized DCPR for A, B, C class Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats and also a separate DCPR for the areas under Regional Plans in Maharashtra. Also in the year 2016, the state govt. approved Standardized DCPR for all ‘D’ class Municipal Corporations.
