Maharashtra State Board of Skill, Vocational Education and Training has approved the course called Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations (UDCPR) and Online
Development Permission Management System (BPMS) Technical Executive. The course is designed jointly by the board and the Town planning and valuation dept. Maharashtra state.
It is a certificate course, in the construction industry, specifically for the sub-sector Town planning-development permission.
The course covers the introduction to spatial planning, UDCPR and its features, online building plan management system, and employability skills. The course consists of 66 hours of practical learning out of total 100 hours of total duration.
At the end of the course, the technical executive will be able to understand and implement effectively the provisions of UDCPR, draft and apply the flawless building plan proposals through the BPMS and efficiently function as a licensed technical personnel in the field of Town planning -building permissions.
